The Amaetiluxe Privacy Policy explains how information about you is collected, processed and disclosed by Amaetiluxe when you visit and use our website, social networks, etc.; otherwise known as Amaetiluxe platforms that link to this Privacy Policy.
When you use our Services, you provide information to us. Amaetiluxe collects two types of information: (1) information that you provide to us that lets us know who you are (“Personally Identifiable Information”) and (2) information that does not by itself identify a specific individual (“Non-personally Identifiable Information”).
You may browse through Amaetiluxe platforms without revealing any personal information. However, when you transact with us (purchase or offer to sell a device) or register to open an account on Amaetiluxe website, it is necessary you provide personal information, such as your name, email address, and zip code, which we collect and use as disclosed in this Privacy Policy. Once you submit information about yourself to us, you are not anonymous to us.
We collect, use, store and transfer the following different kinds of personal information, for marketing and personal data optimization purposes:

We collect your information in order to provide and continually improve our products and services.

- Business Acquisitions: We may transfer information about you if Amaetiluxe acquires a business; or is acquired by or merged with another company. In this event, Amaetiluxe will post a notice on its platforms before personal information about you is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
- Detecting fraud and abuse: We release account and other personal data to other companies and organizations for fraud protection and credit risk reduction, and to comply with the law.
When we share your personal information with third parties, we:

Amaetiluxe may engage other trusted third-party vendors, under agreements with us to show adverts when you visit and use our online store. These third party vendors may collect and use ’Non-Personally Identifiable Information’ during your visits to our online store, in order to provide advertisements about products likely to be of greater interest to you. These third-party vendors typically use cookies, web beacons and/or pixel tags to retrieve personal information. To learn more about this behavioral advert practice in general and the options that you have to opt-out of this type of adverts, you can visit www.networkadvertising.org.These cookies, web beacons and pixel tags do not have access to any personal information from your computer, such as your e-mail address. Their use of their cookies is subject to their own privacy policies, not ours.
In order to recommend products offerings that may be of interest to our users, we may display adverts, based on ‘Personally Identifiable Information’ provided by our users, including zip code and profile. We do not provide this ‘Personally Identifiable Information’ to our advert agency when you interact with such an advert. We acknowledge that any information collected by us, or through our adverts agency or advertising networks, will be handled in accordance with the disclosures as provided in clause (6) above.
We hold a responsibility to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take actions regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the safety of any person in any way, violations of JYDE MOBILE’s terms of use, or as otherwise required by law.
The sites displayed as search results or linked to our online store are developed by people over whom JYDE MOBILE exercises no control. These other sites may place their own cookies on your computer, collect information or solicit personal information. JYDE MOBILE may present links in a format that enables us to understand whether they have been followed. We use this information to understand and improve the quality of JYDE MOBILE’s search technology.
We may transfer your personal data to locations in another country, if this is permissible pursuant to applicable laws in your location. There are inherent risks in such transfers. Your personal information is stored on our servers located in the United States. We treat your personal information as an asset that must be protected. Hence, we have put in place appropriate security measures, such as encryption, passwords, physical security, etc. to prevent your personal information from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorized way, altered or disclosed. Also, we have put a limit of access to personal information by our employees, agents, contractors and other third parties, who will reasonably need to come into contact with some information to provide products and offerings to you or in order to do their jobs. Amaetiluxe have some social media plug-ins embed on its platforms. These plug-ins from social networks such as Facebook, Twitter, Linked-In, Yahoo, Windows and Google plus, among others. However, Amaetiluxe clearly marks its platform with the icon of the social network embedded on it, which links to the social network platform. When you click on these icons, it will redirect your browser directly to the servers of the relevant social network, and directly transmits the content of the plugin to your browser. If you have an account with these relevant social networks, and logged in, you can relate directly with the relevant instruction given to the social network, such as Facebook “Like” feature, the Twitter “Tweet this” feature and Google plus “1+” button, etc.
If you are not registered with the social network or logged out before you visit Amaetiluxe website, your IP address will be submitted to and stored by the social network. If you interact with us through a social media platform, you may be permitting us to have on-going access to some limited information from your social network profile such as name, email address, photo, gender, location, the people/sites you follow etc.
However, you may not want the social networks to collect your personal information as described above, or to share it with Amaetiluxe and other third parties, please review the privacy policy of the relevant social network and/or log out of the relevant social network before you visit Amaetiluxe platforms, or you may be able delete any existing cookies placed on your computer by the social network via your browser.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of businesses that are under not Amaetiluxe control. Amaetiluxe does not control the privacy policies of third parties, and you are subject to the privacy policies of those third parties where applicable. We advise that you refer to the third party’s privacy policy for more information about each such third party before you disclose your personal information.
We reserve the right to amend this Privacy Policy at any time with or without prior notice to you. Except stated otherwise, all amended policies automatically take effect 30 days after they are initially posted on the Amaetiluxe platforms.
In addition, we will notify you, in case of any significant changes on this privacy policy, when it pertains to the uses of personal information. This will be done via email messaging to the primary email address on file.
If you do not agree to the changes, you may request for a deletion of your user account with Amaetiluxe. This can be done via email to contact@Amaetiluxe.com. You must provide us with the email address of the registered account.
California Users
If you are a California resident, in addition to the rights set forth above, you have the right to request information from us regarding the way we share certain categories of your personal information with third parties, for the third parties’ direct marketing purposes.
